Jeff also frequently writes about various life insurance risks over at Rootfin.com, which he founded in 2007.

He is a member of the Forbes Finance Council, an exclusive invitation-only club that only vetted entrepreneurs can join. Since 2009, he has been a qualifying non-member for MDRT, putting him in the top 1% of insurance agents in the nation. Jeff graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor’s degree in political science.
